Throughout my career, I have served on multiple senior leadership teams and gained firsthand experience in strategic planning, organizational change, management development, performance management, and the challenges that leaders face. I have also done some executive coaching and consulting.

My passion for leadership has driven me to speak, write, and teach extensively on the subject. I have authored 25 books, spoken at 35 conferences, and led countless courses and seminars on every facet of leadership.
