SYNOPSIS:
Dave is thrilled to try the new AI chatbot "Remy" ... until Remy starts claiming to be a demon, communicating with Dave from Hell via the app chat window. At first incredulous and amused, Dave watches his life quickly fall apart into a spiraling nightmare, questioning his sanity as Remy reveals more and more dark truths ... and the horrifying reason why he chose Dave.
HELL.AI is represented for distribution by Alex Nohe of BloodSweatHoney and has received a distribution offer that could place it on Tubi, Plex, Pluto, and other free streamers by in time for Halloween 2026. It is currently in consideration for 24 film festivals worldwide.
In 2020 Paul wrote and directed his first short film, "The Puppeteer," based on his self-published novel of the same name. "The Puppeteer" won Best Horror Film at the Austin After Dark Film Festival and was selected by eight other festivals.
