I am the creator of the GRACE Framework® and founder of GRACEWorks, guiding leaders and teams beyond performance to develop GRACE, the essential advantage that relentless hustle can’t deliver.

With over 20 years of experience as a consultant at PwC, Capgemini, and IBM, I've coached senior leaders across Fortune 500 companies, scale-ups, and SMEs.

I am now the founder of my own management consultancy, The Elevate Partnership.

The Elevate Partnership seeks to help change our culture of leadership, one leader and one organisation at a time. It focuses on taking an inside-out approach to leader development, leadership development and culture shift using a potent mix of coaching modalities and best-in-class technology and tools.

My unique approach blends leadership psychology, Aikido, and creative practice to help high-achievers move from pressure to presence. I am an accredited leadership coach and sought-after speaker on resilience, culture, and transformative leadership.

I previously co-led IBM's Global Coaching Community of Practice of 4,000 coaches across 80 countries and served as an Executive Coach in IBM's Professional Coaching Service. I have taught and coached leaders, both individually and in groups, across 22 countries, including C-level executives, both within and outside IBM.

I live happily in the UK, nestled in nature with my wife, Tina, indulging my passion for Aikido, music and exploring new developments across a variety of psychology-related disciplines
