I’m Dr. Pamela Johnson, a veterinarian, leadership coach, and founder of Veterinary Masterminds—a company dedicated to elevating both pet owner education and veterinary professional development. My passion lies in bridging the communication gap between pet owners and veterinary teams through education, collaboration, and empowerment.

With over 30 years in veterinary medicine and a strong background in leadership, I bring a unique perspective to both personal development and leadership-focused podcasts. I built and led an award-winning AAHA-accredited hospital, served as a Regional Director for a national veterinary group, and have been recognized for my community leadership—including being nominated for 2022 Citizen of the Year in Coweta County, GA.
