What I am passionate about 💕
I am an advocate for health & fitness after dealing with a tumultuous childhood, I began struggling with chronic illness and PTSD. After years of suffering, I decided enough was enough. I was able to heal myself naturally through lifestyle changes, proper nutrition and holistic care. I utilize my experience as a (retired) personal trainer and & knowledge of holistic care to help podcast hosts bring value to their listeners & by speaking my true story.
I am also an advocate for young women and girls everywhere. The media is constantly telling us we are not beautiful. The beauty standards placed on us are unachievable. Together, we can stop the madness! I love connecting with women in an authentic and real way where we are able to empower each other instead of pulling each other down. I love speaking on the body positivity, self love, and encouraging women to be strong and always remember their self-worth.
