Omar Turner

I’m Omar “Ace” Turner, a media executive, producer, writer, creative strategist, and former elementary school teacher with a natural ability to see connections others often miss.

As CEO and Chief Brand Officer of Binns Media Group, I work across entertainment, comedy, talent development, production, branding, and original content. I’m especially good at taking creativity, human behavior, culture, technology, storytelling, and business strategy and finding the thread that connects them.

Before media, I was an elementary school teacher, which sharpened one of my strongest skills: taking complicated ideas and making them clear, relatable, useful, and sometimes funny.

Today, that shows up in how I develop talent, shape shows, write jokes, build brands, and think about AI, media, and human connection.

I love conversations about creativity, comedy, reinvention, men and vulnerability, emotional intelligence, parenting, self-worth, leadership, ownership, AI, money psychology, and what happens when people stop fighting who they are and start using what they’ve been given.

I bring curiosity, humor, honesty, and real-world perspective to conversations. I like going deep without making everything heavy, and I believe some of the best conversations happen when insight and laughter are allowed to exist in the same room.
