Nina Aziz Justin is a scale-up strategist, TEDx speaker, author and entrepreneur who helps leaders build the human capabilities technology cannot replace.
Malaysian-born and Europe-based, she has lived in five countries, worked across 40+ and is conversant in five languages. Trained as a lawyer but an entrepreneur at heart, Nina went on to found three companies and has spent 25+ years building businesses and advising founders through growth, change and reinvention.
She was named one of the Voices of a New Era of Leaders 2024 by the Female Factor and the City of Vienna. Her memoir, The Home Within, became an Amazon Top 10 title, exploring belonging, identity and navigating change across cultures.
But her perspective wasn’t built in boardrooms alone. Nina is the mother of a child with an ultra-rare condition, a long-distance runner, enthusiastic cook and serial reinventor.
