I'm a CBH Practitioner (Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy) with an MSc in Psychology — running a coaching practice for the mental side of high-stakes performance, for athletes and executives.

Most mental performance work splits into two camps: clinical hypnotherapists who don't understand performance, or sport psychologists who don't use hypnotherapy. My practice is built deliberately at the intersection.

I'm also Founder of Numinal Agency, the marketing agency working with PGA Tour players including Xander Schauffele (multiple major champion) and Justin Rose (former World No. 1), plus brands like Adidas Golf and Ultimate Performance. Watching how elite athletes navigate the mental side of competition is what led me into psychology and clinical hypnotherapy in the first place.
