“EMT & Mental Health Professional Sharing Real-World Experience in Trauma, Addiction, and Crisis Response”
I am an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) with hands-on experience in a high-acuity emergency department, where I have responded to critical situations and played a direct role in life-saving interventions. Alongside my medical background, I have worked as a Mental Health Practitioner supporting individuals with serious and persistent mental illness, giving me a well-rounded perspective on both physical and psychological care.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology and am currently pursuing a Professional Science Master’s in Forensic Science. My academic and professional experiences allow me to speak on the intersection of healthcare, mental health, and the criminal justice system.
In addition to my professional work, I bring lived insight into topics such as trauma, addiction, and resilience. I aim to contribute honest, grounded conversations that balance real-world experience with education, offering listeners a clear and practical understanding of complex issues.
