Navid Nazemian

Navid Nazemian is an award winning, ICF-certified executive transition coach helping senior

leaders move into new roles, maximize their leadership impact, build high-performing teams,

and create admired organizations. He’s also a best-selling author who enjoyed international

success with his book, Mastering Executive Transitions: The Definitive Guide.

Having previously held roles in various executive leadership teams (like Vodafone, Roche, and

Adidas), Navid gained first-hand experience working with the dynamic complexities and

pressures faced by executives. He now transfers his learnings to client work, where he

encourages executives to eliminate unproductive thinking to solve tough and complex

challenges. After working with Navid, clients typically go on to build world-class cultures primed

to create new markets, accelerate performance, increase productivity, and develop

game-changing value propositions.

After gaining his master’s degree in International Management & Foreign Trade from the

Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, Navid went on to train as a Principled Negotiator at

Harvard Law School. He then became a certified Coaching CirclesTM Facilitator, a member of

the Nominating Committee (NomCo) of the ICF Professional Coaches Board of Directors, and a

registered Mentor Coach.

With 20+ years' of international HR experience, Navid’s been recognised as HR’s Most

Influential Practitioner by HR Magazine. He was also recently named CEO Today’s Executive

Coach Award Winner for the second year in a row (2022 & 2023).
