Who I am:
I am an award-winning author, speaker, and program developer with a PhD in epidemiology, focusing on human behaviour. For over 30 years, I've studied how dogmatic systems, what I call Cones, take hold of us and limit our freedom. That research became an award-winning book, and now something even more useful for your listeners: an online self-exploration program people can actually work through, on their own or with a coach or therapist guiding them.

Riddle me this… Why is religion like communism, sports clubs like modern medicine, and organized crime like the beauty industry?
They're all Cones. Rigid, dogmatic systems that promise safety or belonging, then play on our vulnerabilities, rob us of our freedom, fail to solve our real problems, and create new ones. The pattern shows up in families, relationships, workplaces, communities, movements, and entire cultures. Most of us are inside a Cone right now and don't know it.
I built the CONE Model to make that pattern visible. Then I built the online CONE Self-Exploration Program to make it usable. It's a structured, assessment-based journey that helps people map their own restricting beliefs, vulnerabilities to manipulation, and behavioural patterns; see exactly where a Cone person and/or system has its hold on them; and take concrete steps to break free. This program can be used by individuals or by coaches and therapists who use it with their clients as a tool for deep exploration and growth.
