I'm Nathan Mitchell, Founder and CEO of Lead Empowered LLC, Leadership Strategist, Executive Coach, and Forbes Coaches Council Member. I help small and mid-sized businesses develop confident leaders, build engaged teams, and create workplace cultures where people—and businesses—thrive.

For more than 25 years, I've led teams across corporate retail, higher education, nonprofit, and small business. My leadership journey includes coaching store managers at Walgreens, leading organizational change as a Dean of Academic Affairs, and serving for seven years as Organizational Leadership Strategist at EPIC, where I helped cultivate a culture recognized multiple times as one of Oklahoma's Best Places to Work while contributing to the organization's Oklahoma Quality Foundation Achievement of Excellence Award.

Using practical leadership frameworks—including the 5 Voices Empowerment System—I help leaders improve communication, strengthen accountability, reduce burnout, retain top talent, and build high-performing teams that consistently execute.
