“15+ Years as a Federal Executive & Lawyer | Now Coaching Women in Transition and Designing a Life I Truly Love Along the Way”

About Me

I am an award-winning former senior federal executive and labor and employment lawyer with more than 15 years of leadership experience, including roles as Deputy General Counsel, Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Interim Chief Human Capital Officer. I am a graduate of Northwestern University and Georgetown Law.

When my position was abolished, I made a deliberate choice: rather than search for another job, I would build a life I truly loved that supported my well-being. That decision changed everything.

Now I channel what I know about how organizations change — the structures, the strategies, and most importantly, the people — into helping women navigate their own transitions. The same forces that reshape agencies and institutions also reshape careers and lives, and the human side of that process deserves just as much attention as the organizational side.

Today I run Next Chapter Strategy Sessions, a coaching and consulting practice for women navigating career transitions. My work has been featured in CNBC Make It, and I have appeared on three YouTube channels, including one with more than 200,000 followers.

I would love to bring this perspective to your audience.
