“In a culture that inundates us with images of drinking, I am helping women take back their control of alcohol and live life on purpose.”
I'm an open book when it comes to the skeletons in my closet. I should absolutely be dead, but for some reason the universe has given me my hundredth chance to make a difference. And that's what I'm doing. I am passionate about helping women who have lost their identity in drinking.
Everyone wants to go to a happy hour, but nobody wants to talk about what's really going on under the hood. We are literally surrounded by messages encouraging women to drink, that simply being a mom must be so hard and yes, drink that wine. Alcohol is an addictive mind-altering substance, aka, a drug, so why the hell aren't we treating it as such?
Professionally, I am a women's sober coach, sober-cheerleader, deep-thinking-question-asker, all the things to get women to realize their innate power and awesomeness to kick the booze and hop on the sober train.
Personally, I'm a single mom of 2 teenage boys, 2 cats and a fluffy doodle named Rhodey. I love football and futbol, trying to learn the cello, lover of food, practicing Yogi, DIYer, and open-minded soul.
