I've lived in obedience for the decade of my professional life, up until my early 30s, climbing the corporate ladder, getting an MBA, making lots of money, doing everything "right" - until I woke up one day, super depressed, and realizing that life was no longer for me.
I'm on a mission to help create more conscious individuals, leaders and businesses, and now own my own coaching and consulting practice. I help high potential, high achieving people move past overwhelm, burnout and stagnation, into a state of purpose, passion and flow.
