But #FixMyRealtor is different: It's expert guidance for home buyers and sellers - whether they have a Realtor or not (or don't want one at all). It's is advisory and not related to his brokerage services.

Before entering real estate, he spent more than a decade in the mortgage industry, giving him a rare perspective on how housing transactions actually work from both sides of the table.

Over the course of thousands of transactions, Michael noticed something troubling: many of the biggest mistakes buyers and sellers make have nothing to do with the market itself. They happen because consumers don’t fully understand how real estate representation works, what their agent should actually be doing, or how to evaluate the quality of the advice they’re receiving.

Those misunderstandings can cost people tens of thousands of dollars — sometimes far more.

To address this problem, Michael created #FixMyRealtor, an educational platform focused on helping consumers understand the real estate process, ask the right questions, and make better decisions when buying or selling a home.

In addition to working with buyers and sellers, Michael is also the founder of Haus Advantage Academy, where he trains real estate agents across the country to deliver stronger results for their clients.

On podcasts, Michael shares behind-the-scenes insight into how real estate transactions actually work, why buyers and sellers often make costly mistakes, and how consumers can protect themselves in one of the most important financial decisions they will ever make.
