Since 2020 I’ve been coaching men. Running Men’s Circles since 2021.

My journey in personal and collective development began in the 1990s, I am very keen on Growth and Development, both personal and group.

I help men break free from outdated conditioning and fulfil their Huge potential.

My men’s work includes several amazing communities:

1. abandofbrothers: An amazing award winning charity. I have participated in rights of passage as well as supported other men through them. I have mentored several young men.
2. Connor Beaton: I’m an active member in his men’s community.
3. Kenny D'Cruz: I’ve trained with Kenny, who’s led Men’s Circles for over 23 years, and I’m in a closed group with him and under his supervision.
4. Dr Robert Glover: Author of No More Mr. Nice Guy, whose membership I joined to deepen my work.

I’ve been through three significant initiations, including a structured process with abandofbrothers.

I believe we’ve been conditioned to play small as men. There is a better way. Man Academy helps men find it, through empowerment, connection, and support.

Implementation is key. There's a lot of good information in the world, putting it into action is critical, through some simple steps.

Degree in Management from the London School of Economics.

Anti-road protests in the UK in the 1990s (M65 tree village and Exeter Honiton bypass).

Some noteworthy facts:

• Beyond Men’s Work, I am the founder of Re-Cycle, the UK’s largest bicycle shipping charity. Over 150,000 bikes (plus parts and tools) sent to Africa, where they’ve been used by entire communities to transform lives. I am no longer involved.
• Survived a 9 day coma from Malaria.
• Climbed Mount Kilimanjaro with my 11 year old son (and a bunch of personal development buddies).
• Survived child abuse and toxic co-parent.
• Father of 2 children, born 1998 and 2007. A lot of parenting, a lot of mistakes, a lot of learning.
• Boarding School survivor
