I have spent fifteen years on one question: what makes people learn something, change because of it, and stay. Games answer that better than almost anything else we build. They take enormous complexity and make it learnable through play, feedback, and narrative. Most of the systems we actually live inside, financial, organizational, technological, do the opposite. They hide their rules and then blame people for not following them.
My work on financial gamification won two Red Dot Awards, including a Grand Prix. I have held CEO, COO, and CPO roles at early-stage companies, and co-led one of the first practical AI training platforms to more than 25,000 members. I advise founders on product strategy, sit on the SXSW Pitch advisory board, and have worked with the European Commission and the Goethe-Institut.
