I'm Melanie Knight, a Certified Sexological Bodyworker and Somatic Sex Educator based in North London. I work with women, men and couples on reconnecting with desire, sexual trauma recovery, embodied consent, and menopause and sexuality. I'm faculty at the Somatic Sexology School and co-host the Strip n Sip podcast with wine communicator Natalia Suta. I'm featured in the documentary No Expiration Date, which follows real women exploring desire, body image and ageing, and includes footage of the embodied group work I facilitate. I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to conversations -- I'm also an IT consultant by background, which gives my story an unexpected angle that audiences love. I speak warmly, honestly and without jargon about topics most people are curious about but rarely hear discussed with real depth. I'm available for remote and in-person recordings from London.
