I thought I was going to die. When my migraines first started, I just took Tylenol. But they kept getting worse every day, and the pills stopped working. Every day, the pain grew worse. I couldn’t take care of my children properly any more. Soon I was no longer able to sleep. It was the middle of the night, and my migraine was so excruciating that I asked my husband to rush me to the emergency room. I felt like I was dying. I had never felt that kind of pain in my life. It was worse than childbirth, and much longer lasting. We dragged our 2 babies with us in the middle night to the hospital. We waited there for hours, and then they finally called me up. They took a bunch of tests, they asked me a bunch of questions. And then the doctor came. She talked to me for less than 10 minutes. She said, “We can’t find anything wrong with you...You’re just having a bad headache. It’s completely normal.” “We could give you a CT scan to rule out the possibility of a tumor, but insurance doesn’t cover it.” “How much will it cost?” - I asked. “About $2,000,” she replied. I ended up paying $4,000 in all that night, and that was back in 2005, I’m sure it would cost much more today. And what did I get for that $4,000? The doctor came back and talked to me for another 5 minutes...you know what she said? “Well, the good news is, you don’t have cancer. You just have a bad headache. There’s nothing we can really do for you. Here’s some strong pain-killers.” Well, I took the “painkillers” but they didn’t fix my problem. I was furious. How in the world could they take $4,000 from me, only to tell me they couldn’t help me?

So I decided to take charge of my own health, and learn the art of holistic health and healing. I studied HERBALISM, and Orthomolecular Nutrition (mega-dose vitamin therapy) - these are my specialties. I teach about other holistic healing methods, such as fasting, detoxification, essential oils, homeopathy, holistic dentistry, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, prayer, faith, joy, service, a positive mindset, and other health & healing elements in the broad spectrum of NATUROPATHY & holistic life coaching. I learned from the masters of holistic healing in our day - the ones that are making a huge impact in the world These healers are often banned, censored, etc. on social media. Some were even kicked out of the country and forced to set up their clinics in South America or other foreign countries because they would completely topple the medical system if they were allowed to flourish. I certainly cured my migraines, as well as so many other problems I had. I was also able to deal with any issue that my family of now 7 children would ever have to deal with - WITHOUT the need for pharmaceutical drugs, doctors, or even dentists! I started Arukah.com in 2009, helping people with killer diseases such as heart disease, cancer & diabetes...and more common problems such as eczema, digestive problems, hormone imbalances, abnormal bleeding, gallstones, UTI, etc.

People started asking me if I could teach them nutrition, herbalism, and naturopathy, so they too could become Holistic Healers. Back then I thought, “No, I’m not interested in that.” I just wanted to help people. But then, even medical doctors started telling me that I should teach. Doctors spend $150,000 to $400,000 on medical school. But they learn LITTLE to NOTHING about true holistic health and healing from medical school. Not all doctors will admit this, only those who have “woken up” and finally admitted the truth. I have several medical doctors that learn from me and ask me for advice for health and healing for themselves or their loved ones. So when these medical doctors also started telling me I should teach, I realized there really is such a great need for this knowledge, and I felt like this was what I was called to do. Now, we train people to become effective, confident healers through our Arukah Holistic Healer Certification Program.
