I'm the founder of Roadmap Advisors, an M&A advisory firm that helps lower middle market business owners navigate acquisitions, growth, succession, and exit decisions.
My background includes investment banking, private equity, entrepreneurship, and investing. Over the course of my career, I've sourced and evaluated thousands of acquisition opportunities and worked with hundreds of business owners, investors, family offices, independent sponsors, and acquisition entrepreneurs across a wide range of industries.
I'm particularly interested in how people make high-stakes decisions when perfect information doesn't exist. Whether someone is deciding when to sell a business, evaluating an acquisition, raising capital, or pursuing entrepreneurship through acquisition, uncertainty is always part of the equation.
I enjoy conversations about business exits, M&A, search funds, private equity, entrepreneurship, decision-making, and the lessons that come from working with business owners at important transition points in their lives and careers.
Outside of client work, I'm active in mentorship, angel investing, and alumni communities, and I'm currently developing frameworks and writing around business-owner decision-making and exit timing.
