13 years ago this month, the Lord called me. Imagining pastors to be heroes of the faith, I felt inadequate and was easily discouraged from attending seminary. For 10 years, I procrastinated.

Then the Lord removed the facade from pastors I had admired. Conquering feelings of inadequacy, the Lord empowered graduation from seminary with distinction, led to plant and pastor a church. PRAISE THE LORD JESUS CHRIST! 🕇

With the following in mind, I moved forward: "Be the change you would like to see in the church." ... and so can you!

I have never been so fulfilled in my ministry, in the center of God's will. Pick yourself up, and fight forward in the power of Christ.

"We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body."  2 Corinthians 4:8‭-‬10
