I'm a marine corps veteran that suffers from PTSD. I'm also an advocate for mental health as I host a podcast called The Speak Your Truth with Mark Ross Podcast which focuses on mental health, wellness and community issues. I'm open to talk about my story and hopefully help people seek help with their lives as well.
