I have a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology. I am credentialed in both human resources and health, safety, & environmental professional with years of experience in automotive, food, energy, and e-commerce. My focus is on adult learning and creating motivation in the team through a people-first approach. Safety should be the first and most important method of engaging your team and workforce. Through both research, psychological theory, and a variety of experiences in the real world of work, I have a wide variety of stories and methods for creating a more people-focused workplace.
