As a first-generation American, I started my journey at NC State University, aiming for a bioengineering degree on the pre-med track. Despite acing my courses, I felt disconnected and, urged by friends, took a risky summer internship. This experience opened a new path for me and I launched a start-up in my final year. Though it didn't succeed, it paved my way to a Masters at Duke University.
Post-graduation, I worked as a strategy/product analyst for a renowned research IT firm in NYC. Despite a comfortable life, I felt restless. As Covid-19 hit, I observed my entrepreneur peers facing challenges and began teaching myself AI, eventually creating chatbots for them.
Inspired by a quote after the tragic death of Chadwick Boseman, I realized I wasn't utilizing my full potential and set a six-month goal to quit my corporate job and fully immerse myself in AI. In February 2021, I left my job to embrace entrepreneurship, which has been both challenging and enlightening, an experience best shared in a detailed conversation.
Since then I have been building chatbots, conversational marketing systems, chatGPT programs, and more for small businesses. I also just finished (now promoting with hosts) designing a ChatGPT course called "Ultimate ChatGPT Formula".
