“The founder is always the bottleneck | TEDx Speaker, 3M Views | Advisor to 7-8 Figure Founders”
I advise founders running seven and eight figure businesses who have become the bottleneck in their own companies.
I built and exited my first business in New York 2019. Along the way I learned the thing most founders find out too late, that everything running through you isn't a systems problem or a strategy problem. It's the founder. I couldn't delegate without quality dropping. I couldn't stop. And I'd built a business that needed me to breathe for it.
Since then I've worked with more than 2,000 founders across 15 countries. My TEDx talk has been watched nearly 3 million times.
What I talk about tends to make people slightly uncomfortable, which is why it works on air. Founders don't stay stuck because they lack information. They've read the books, hired the consultants, joined the masterminds. They know exactly what they should be doing. The reason they haven't done it is the part nobody says out loud and it's usually that they don't trust anyone else to do it the way they do, and they can't face who they'd be if the business ran without them.
I'm direct, I don't water it down, and I'm happy to be disagreed with on air. Hosts tell me their audiences respond to it because it's the opposite of the advice they usually hear.
