My experience in manufacturing as a bilingual employee relations professional equips me to coach manufacturing managers to learn the most effective ways to engage their teams and maximize their strengths to achieve their organization's goals. I founded MRCS, Inc in January 2021 as a solo contractor. In 2022 I was fortunate to grow and develop an incredible team. My relationship with my clients grows strong and I value that with a passion.
