My experience in manufacturing as a bilingual employee relations professional equips me to coach manufacturing managers to learn the most effective ways to engage their teams and maximize their strengths to achieve their organization's goals. My approach is interactive, collaborative and goal orientated which results in a high level of engagement during sessions and on the production floor. My clients become excellent decision-makers, process minded, and confident in their ability to influence their teams.
I founded MRCS, Inc in January 2021 as a solo contractor. In 2022 I was fortunate to grow and develop an incredible team. My relationship with my clients grows strong and I value that with a passion.
