About Me

Malika Malik is a prominent figure in the field of artificial intelligence and has made significant contributions to defining the process of building and scaling businesses in the AI era. She has been a speaker at various events across the UK and India, where she has shared her insights on AI and field diversity, and has also created three guidebooks to educate businesses on successful AI project implementation.

Malika has served as an expert advisor on "Enterprise Adoption of AI" for the All-Party Parliamentary Group on AI in the UK and has been an AI advisor and mentor for the Atal Innovation Mission in India. She is a Tech Women 100 UK, a Technical Women at Microsoft board member, a UN Women UK Delegate, and was recognized as Computer Weekly's "Most Influential Women in UK in Tech". Malika was also nominated for the CRN UK Women in Tech Award under the "Rising Star" category and was interviewed for "Gals Talk Tech" where she spoke about closing the gender gap in tech.

Malika has spoken at various events, including the Digital Leadership Forum, where she discussed cloud migration journeys and holistic digital strategies. She was also a speaker at the “Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Benchmarking Summit 2020”, where she discussed the future of AI in financial services with Mikko Terho, CTO at Huawei. She led the “Responsible AI for Social Empowerment 2020” summit in India, where she highlighted significant challenges and barriers that organizations and developing countries are facing in AI adoption. Malika was also part of the British Science Museum Group's exhibition, "Voyage to the End of Imagination," where she emphasized the importance of designing AI solutions with fairness and transparency.

In addition to being a speaker, Malika has also been a panellist at various events, including the Big Data LDN, where she discussed MLOps with Azure Machine Learning & Synapse, and Azure Mythbusters, a Microsoft UK series focused on busting myths about Microsoft Azure. 

Malika is a proud London School of Economics (LSE) alum. She has also spoken at events organized by the LSE, including the "Women in Statistics Career” panel and the “Future Impact Summit”. She is committed to using her expertise and experience to empower the next generation of leaders in the field of AI.
