I'm the founder of Azoth Business Solutions, a cross-border capital and growth-strategy advisory firm working with pharma, clean-energy and fintech companies across South Asia, Southeast Asia, MENA and Europe, from market entry, growth to raising capital.
Before founding Azoth, I spent 13 years holding full regional business responsibility inside pharma multinationals, including building a subsidiary from scratch in the Philippines and later leading global business development, marketing and M&A due diligence.
Two things came out of that decade of operating and eventual advisory work. The first is the Deck Analyser, a diagnostic I built after reviewing hundreds of fundraise decks, the same structural gaps show up repeatedly, may not be in the business itself, but in how the opportunity is presented and assessed. The second is Decision Drift, a framework for catching where sound growth decisions quietly go wrong before capital is committed, now on SSRN.
