“I'm a young life coach helping people build bulletproof mindsets whilst becoming self-aware of who they are. I look forward to meeting you!”
My journey begun 3 years ago when I was depressed and fighting constant anxiety on what I would achieve in life and how far I could go. Extremely underweight and unmotivated after being hacked on crypto, I was fed up with the world,
I was working my way up in a pub chain called Wetherspoons to become a manager but not finding any fulfilment in what I did and hating the job, finding myself lost and unsure on what direction to take next.
After a few epiphanies, I made a conscious effort to really try to be the best version of myself and self-develop myself way beyond the glass ceiling I had on myself. I started going to the gym and re-connected with MMA a sport that really helped with building my discipline whilst being able to maintain fitness.
I then set out the goal to complete a triathlon in the summer of 22, I created a strict 6 week training plan that I had to follow in order to become fit enough to complete the triathlon, after overcoming an injury within the training plan, I completed the training and completed the triathlon with a good time, friends and family came to support making it a good day,
As the year came to an end I also wanted to push myself one last time before the year ended so I decided to complete a marathon with no training. It was a gruelling experience one that I am so happy is over haha. My legs were broken, never feeling pain like that in my life, by the end of it and completing it with a time of 4 hours 30 mins, I was happy.
These challenges were great, but always came to an end and I needed something I could push towards longer term, when I spoke with a friend about Life coaching, he told me about the MOE coaching course which was well out of my comfort zone, speaking to random people online about my feelings?? not for me I thought... But after a few weeks of getting to know everyone I found a community of people who like me, wanted to help people and do more which I really resonated with, After becoming a certified MOE coach I wanted to look further into coaching and see if I could become an accreditted coach. So I enrolled myself onto an Accredited coaching course with the association of coaching. I met a great group of people and loved the training as it really opened my perspective on coaching and what it could do for the younger generations as I came to find life coaching was not common knowledge between young people.
I created my business Kingston Coaching and began to create and build my website, Craft my skills as a coach and find my way of coaching and helping people. I have only started my journey but have felt like the journey started years and years ago back when I didn't know who I was.
Recently i had my first book published as a co-author rhat reached best-seller status in multiple categories. - The life coaches tool-kit'
I want to help create a positive change in the world and help people become the best versions of themselves. Through coaching people can build their discipline, accountability and thought processes to become as strong as they desire, removing the glass ceiling they have on themselves.
21/12/23 I ran my first ultra marathon and completed it in 13 hours 56 mins which was a great achievement for a first timer, Lets talk about the lessons I learnt in that race!
If you've gotten this far I just want to say thank you for taking the time to read on a portion of my journey, the journey of life is an ongoing one where we meet and learn from so many different people. We just have to make sure we as humans are evolving at least 1% per day to maximise our potentials
