I’m Lisa Cheng, a frontier tech founder and architect working at the intersection of AI cognition, autonomy, and governance. I started in Bitcoin in 2013 and have spent the last decade building and shipping in emerging markets where the rules change fast and the consequences of weak controls show up early. Today I co build Loosh AI, focused on cognition infrastructure for agents and robotics: structured memory, multimodal understanding, and values aware decision layers that help systems behave safely in the real world.
