Lindsay Lundberg

It’s nice to meet you! I’m the Senior Vice President of Sales at Parker Staffing, have been in the staffing and recruiting industry for nearly 14 years. I’ve started sharing knowledge on podcasts in recent years, and have enjoyed those experiences (I’ve been on the “Staffing Shark,” “Ring of Hire,” as well as several in-person speaking events).

I love sharing not only how I have become known for my expertise in the staffing and recruiting space, but a top sales leader. I won PSBJ “40 Under 40” in 2021 and World Staffing Award’s “Top 100 Staffing Leaders to Watch” in 2023. I also received my certification as a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) from the American Staffing Association.

My passion, and what I am driven by is, building lasting relationships and true partnerships with my clients. I am motivated by seeing the impact a strong partnership can have on a company’s business and growth. I’d love to share this industry knowledge on related podcasts looking to share insights about staffing and recruiting.

As a Seattle native and a Husky grad (GO DAWGS!) I love to network, meet new people, and volunteer my time with several local groups. The foundation I live by is that there is always more to learn and new people to meet, so “go for it!”
