“Award-winning author, TEDx speaker, and leadership strategist reframing success for high performers under pressure”
I died.
Then I had to decide how to live and lead.
After surviving a sudden cardiac arrest and waking up a week later from a coma in the ICU, I did not return to life as usual.
Six doctors. 19 nurses. 10 physical therapists. They kept my body alive.
But I had to rebuild the rest.
That experience in 2022 forever changed how I understood success, leadership, and agency.
No one survives, recovers, leads, or thrives alone.
Every powerful story has a hidden ecosystem behind it.
That truth became the foundation of ME POWER, the research-informed framework behind my speaking, writing, and leadership work.
ME POWER helps people create meaningful change through five practices: Embrace Your Barriers, Focus on Your Strengths, Speak for Your Life, Choose Your Guide(s), and Ritualize Your Reflection. The ME POWER Method™ turns self-awareness into principled action, helping people make clearer decisions, communicate with confidence, strengthen accountability, and lead with greater intention.
I am a TEDx speaker, applied linguist, leadership strategist, Director of Student Wellness, and 10-time award-winning author of ME POWER.
I am a strong guest for conversations about leadership under pressure, personal agency, workplace wellness, authorship, and the hidden networks behind achievement.
I bring lived experience, research-informed insight, compelling storytelling, and practical strategies that help audiences make clearer decisions, communicate with greater confidence, strengthen accountability, and lead with greater intention.
