Lamarra Rice

I’m Lamarra Rice, Founder and CEO of GCPR HQ, a strategic communications firm helping brands, organizations, and leaders build visibility, credibility, and lasting influence. I’m also the Founder of SYNQ, an industry-adaptive technology platform designed to help businesses stay connected and operate more efficiently.

My career sits at the intersection of communications, entrepreneurship, media, technology, and business growth. Through GCPR HQ, I’ve worked across public relations, media strategy, brand positioning, executive communications, digital visibility, reputation, and integrated communications. I’m passionate about helping founders and organizations move beyond simply being seen to becoming recognized, trusted, and remembered.

I’m also an author, including The PR Agency Playbook: The Business of Being Seen, where I explore the business behind visibility, positioning, and building a brand that creates lasting value.

As an entrepreneur and mother of two, I bring a candid perspective to conversations about building businesses, navigating entrepreneurship, creating visibility, balancing ambition with family, and turning experience into opportunity.

I’m a strong podcast guest for conversations around PR, personal branding, entrepreneurship, women in business, founder visibility, media strategy, building a modern communications company, technology, and what it really takes to be seen in today’s crowded marketplace.
