“Amazon Best-Selling Author & Strategic Life Coach | Helping People Build a Good Life Through Timeless Wisdom & Intentional Living”
Honestly, it all started with my youngest child calling me "jobless."
That stung. Not because it was entirely wrong, but because it made me realize I had been drifting. I had a full life—a happy one, in fact—but I wasn't intentionally building something that was truly mine.
So I started small.
Every morning, after everyone is out of the house, I spent an hour reading with nothing but a cup of coffee and a stack of books. There was no grand plan to become an author or a life coach. I was simply trying to become someone who lived more intentionally.
The more I read, the more I reflected. Those reflections became blog posts. Hundreds of them. Eventually, they became Cheers for a Good Life and the foundation of my A Good Life framework.
Today, I'm fascinated by one question: What does it really mean to live a good life?
That's the question I love exploring on podcasts. Whether we're talking about Stoicism, intentional living, relationships, parenting, personal finance, or the small decisions that quietly shape our lives, I enjoy conversations that are thoughtful, practical, and grounded in everyday experience. If listeners finish our conversation seeing their own lives a little differently, I'll consider it time well spent.
