Kimberly Collins

Kimberly Collins is an executive coach, Enneagram consultant, author, musician and small business owner. She holds a master’s degree in music and is a professionally certified coach through the International Coaching Federation.

She spent more than a decade as co-founder and owner of Collins Orthodontics, a large orthodontic practice, and The Donut, a nonprofit that provided free orthodontic care for pediatric cancer survivors. In those roles, she served as CFO and led HR, operations, and team development, before transitioning to her current work as a full-time coach and consultant.

Today, Kimberly works with leaders and teams across the country, teaching on topics such as self-awareness, personality dynamics, communication, and burnout. Drawing on her extensive knowledge of typology systems and her experience in managing people and businesses, she brings a wealth of insight to conversations about leadership, personal growth, and relationships. She is the author of Enneagram in the Workplace and a frequent guest on leadership and business podcasts.

When she’s not working, Kimberly enjoys walking, reading, singing, and spending time with her family.
