I am a Leadership Coach, Consultant & Bestselling International Author. I launched my business after an accomplished 24-year career as strategic and operational leader with expertise in program management, change management, crisis management, strategy development, and organizational effectiveness. 

In 2022, I have written not one but TWO BOOKS! Yeah. I am surprised too!

My recent publication, We've All Done It: Getting Real About the Role We Each Play in a Toxic Workplace, is focused on helping leaders gain awareness about their toxic leadership tendencies. We all have them. There should be no shame there. What matters is having a safe place to talk about them so they don't become career derailers.

My first published book was Entrepreneur's Secret. I share my entrepreneur story about how I overcame imposter syndrome to become a business owner, including the most important tips for my success thus far.

Lastly, I live in New Orleans, LA with my sweet cat Ruby. I really enjoy reading, cooking, listening to music and traveling.
