I moved to England from Israel, did my studies there. Funny story, I was in an arts/ballet school until I was 16 and by my early 20s, I got a scholarship to do my masters at Cambridge in Real Estate Finance (wtf?).
I started my first company, Pathfinder, straight out of my master’s degree. Pathfinder was a career intelligence platform, a massive piece of software that helps individuals discover and plan for their careers-- efficiently and effectively.
I was the sole founder as I didn’t know any programmers back then. I raised seed capital from 5 very prominent investors. A year later, I found an awesome CTO and got to meet 1:1 with incredible people, from entrepreneurs to government ministers. Amongst others, I was awarded Entrepreneur of the year (Computing 2019) and Business Women of the Year (CEO Today, 2020).
Pathfinder was a great (great!) experience, and I learned about how to start a business, validate product-market fit, doing the finances, the project/product management, design, marketing, and much more.
I recently participated in Antler's incubator program in London.
