Ken is passionate in serving leaders and organizations by equipping each to reach their potential by understanding their unique identity and maximizing their organizational impact. He is eager to empower local community leadership to make generational transformation in meeting the needs of “neighbors”. After serving in the non-profit arena for more than 25 years, Ken has a strong executive background in leading teams and serving organizations nationally and internationally. Having served at Focus on the Family, Compassion International and The Navigators; Ken brings a wealth of experience in public policy, board development, executive leadership, and fundraising.
