A Nurse Practitioner, Doctor of Pharmacy, and MBA. Spent more that 20 years in the infertility field. Half of which I cared for patients directly, the other half in the pharmaceutical industry- drug development. I have seen huge changes in infertility care and technology since I started back in 1998. Met the first IVF baby. Attended the 100th birthday party for the US fertility doctor that is responsible for the first IVF baby in the USA. Infertility is a dynamic industry and now that there is a push to make more babies it has become even more interesting. Personhood laws have caused a ripple in the field as embryos are the star of our show.

Women's health is having a moment. There is still work to do to help women get the care they need and get equitable healthcare. Many Femtech start-ups are trying to address inequalities and empower women today. I'd like to see these advance further.
