As a speaker I have had the privilege of leading talks, workshops and coaching sessions to thousands of people across the world; bringing to life a variety of important topics including: Mindfulness, Creativity, Boosting Your Confidence, Overcoming Procrastination, Your Personal Impact and many others. Clients I have worked with include JP Morgan, Barclays, Revolut, Citi and many others.
I am also in the midst of building CURV - an app that makes self improvement an easy part of your everyday. How? By converting the best science, studies and ideas on human behaviour into actions you can do everyday.
Other adventures include performing Shakespeare at The National Theatre with my heroes; being a coach and mentor for gang members determined to take their second chance at life and helping managers from business' such as Nandos, Halfords and Hilton change the behaviours and cultures of their teams.
