I’m a parent, a child, business owner, and a member of the sandwich generation—supporting my own family while actively caring for an aging parent who wants to remain independent. Like so many others in this position, I live with the daily tension between respecting autonomy and carrying the quiet worry that comes with loving someone who needs support but doesn’t want to lose control of their life.

Professionally, I spent decades in corporate technology, leading complex initiatives, building systems at scale, and learning what works—and what fails—when technology meets real people. Over time, I began to see a painful disconnect between how eldercare technology is designed and how seniors and families actually live.

Choosing to step into entrepreneurship wasn’t about starting a company—it was about choosing impact. My business focuses on helping entrepreneurs grow their business and revenue by building a scalable, repeatable business that not only is efficient but delivers a robust customer experience.

My passion, though, lies in helping other’s like myself struggling to care for mom, dad, grandma or grandpa, or even the adult neurodivergent child needing a little more attention. The commonality is that all want their independence while those of us in a caregiving role fret about their wellbeing as we go about our day and work responsibilities.

I’m building Parensure to serve families like mine, who don’t want to hover, panic, or wait for a crisis, but simply want reassurance and dignity for the people they love.

I’m driven by the belief that aging and overall family care deserves better tools, better conversations, and more humanity—and I’m committed to helping others navigate this season of life with greater confidence and compassion.
