As a native of the Rio Grande Valley in Texas, my professional foundation was forged in high-stakes service. Operating in the zero-defect environment of the United States Air Force instilled in me a commitment to mission-critical clarity—a discipline I brought directly into the financial and corporate risk sector 20 years ago.
Today, as Principal Strategist at Julian Rodriguez & Associates and a Doctoral Researcher, I specialize in macro-financial risk analytics, cross-border compliance governance, and behavioral risk modeling. My academic work centers on Systemic Intent Shadow (SIS) Theory—a framework designed to diagnose hidden institutional friction, regulatory latency, and the gap between strategy and execution in complex portfolios.
Over two decades in the financial ecosystem, I’ve served as a trusted advisor, speaker, and panelist (including the FARFA conference on agricultural taxation and small business growth).
