“Host of The Unconventional Man | Challenging Conventional Thinking on Culture, Psychology, Masculinity & Human Behavior”
I'm JP, creator and host of The Unconventional Man, a YouTube channel where I challenge conventional thinking by examining culture, psychology, masculinity, and human behavior.
My approach is simple: I use controversial topics, movies, popular culture, and real-world events to expose contradictions in the way people think and behave.
I'm particularly interested in the gap between what people claim to believe and how they actually behave.
Why do people abandon their principles when those principles become inconvenient? Why do we hold others accountable for behavior we excuse in ourselves? And how much of what we believe is actually the result of our upbringing, biology, culture, and personal experiences?
I don't approach conversations looking for people who agree with me. Some of the most interesting discussions happen when two people disagree but are willing to examine the reasoning behind their beliefs.
My goal isn't to tell people what to think. It's to help them see something they couldn't see before.
I'm open to conversations, interviews, collaborations, and debates involving psychology, relationships, masculinity, philosophy, cultural issues, and human behavior.
If you're looking for a guest who isn't afraid to challenge popular narratives—including his own—let's have a conversation.
