Additionally, one of the biggest stories of my life and my personal triumph of over an eating disorder (anorexia) and parental divorce, following a transformative journey from 115 kilos to 70 kilos, has equipped me with profound empathy, resilience and deep understanding of the complexities of mental and physical health.
