About Me

I'm the author of Love That Ruined Me Right, a memoir that explores love, loss, infidelity, accountability, family dysfunction, grief, and the long road to healing. I don't claim to have all the answers, but I'm willing to have honest conversations about the questions many people quietly wrestle with. My goal isn't to sensationalize painful experiences—it's to explore what we can learn from them.

Before becoming an author, I worked in law enforcement and have spent years in blue-collar trades, giving me a perspective shaped by both crisis and everyday life. I've experienced divorce, complicated relationships, childhood trauma, and the challenge of rebuilding after mistakes and heartbreak. Those experiences taught me the value of self-awareness, resilience, and personal responsibility.

I’ll be honest—there are still moments where the idea of speaking on a podcast makes me nervous, and I continue to wrestle with imposter syndrome. But I believe in facing those fears, not avoiding them, and I’m committed to showing up anyway and speaking openly.

Whether we're discussing relationships, emotional growth, writing a deeply personal memoir, fatherhood, or finding purpose after life falls apart, I aim to leave audiences feeling understood, challenged, and hopeful.
