Joniece Benjamin

Joniece Benjamin is an entrepreneur, #1 bestselling author, and community builder who blends style, service, and leadership to help women feel confident in how they show up every day. She is the founder of the Bling Bus, a mobile jewelry boutique that delivers curated retail experiences directly to communities, corporate campuses, organizations, and events—making stylish, affordable jewelry accessible without the pressure of traditional shopping.

In addition to retail, Joniece offers a personalized shopping and styling service designed to help women select outfits that highlight their best features and feel confident in any setting. This experience focuses on ease, clarity, and confidence, helping women dress intentionally for work, special occasions, and everyday life.

Joniece’s professional background spans education, nonprofit leadership, and business development. She previously served as Vice President of Product Sales with the Girl Scouts, where she led the highest product sales growth in the country for two consecutive years and was selected as one of only ten national trainers from more than 100 councils. Her career also includes work in higher education, where she helped create onsite degree programs for large employers, coordinated education fairs for organizations with more than 1,000 employees, and served as a chamber ambassador through her university role.

A licensed special education teacher and holder of multiple college degrees, Joniece has also written books and served on nonprofit boards. She currently sits on the boards of the Florence Chamber of Commerce and the Understand the Grind Foundation and is the co-creator of the Women in Business education series for the Florence Chamber. In addition, she is an accomplished athlete, holding multiple collegiate track and field records and earning two championship rings in Women’s Professional Football.

Joniece is frequently invited to speak on women in business, fashion and personal style, food and culture, gardening, women in sports, marriage and blended families, and thriving in cross-generational marriage.
