Most of my professional career has been online. Since I made my move to South Florida roughly 11 years ago, my profession was always involving online shopping, and DTC sales.
Before I started working in an agency capacity, I had worked with several successful online retailers, and have experienced virtually every angle; packing boxes, customer service, community management, sales, and more. Eventually, I launched and sold my own brand, and then started helping others with my agency, SAMA Labs. We are a 35+ person team helping SMB owner-operators with their brand growth.
