“Founder of FinBizify, teaching teens real business and money skills. 15 years in banking and wealth management. West Coast dad of two.”
I'm the founder of FinBizify, a business and personal finance app that teaches teenagers how real companies actually work and how to manage their own money. Before this, I spent 15 years in wealth management and private and retail banking, where I enjoyed taking complex systems, large datasets, and legacy workflows apart and rebuilding them into something more data-driven, objective, and measurable. FinBizify applies that same instinct to teenage financial education, giving people a solid, verifiable, and genuinely interesting way to learn business, personal finance, and economics, instead of textbook abstractions and uneven advice.
I'm building FinBizify as a solo founder, using Claude and other emerging AI tools to turn real public company and financial data into lessons a teenager will actually want to finish.
Outside of work, I'm a West Coast dad of two little kids, always planning the next trip somewhere new, and a genuine fan of business media and the stories behind how companies get built. I'd love to talk about financial literacy, building fintech products with AI, or why most schools still skip teaching kids about money.
