As a wife, mother, entrepreneur, and corporate professional, I’m passionate about helping vision-driven individuals take their confidence to the next level to create the life that they desire. J. Lonya graduated with a BA in Finance and an MBA in Human Resources & Information Technology. With over 14 years of experience, she built a thriving career as a Human Resources professional in the oil and gas sector, quickly earning the name “Corporate Thug” for her expertise and relatable tactics.
In 2018, J. Lonya decided to use her corporate skills to step out in faith to create She NetWORTH to help minorities gain the self-confidence needed to become entrepreneurs, built on the premise that we are all Marvelous All Day Everyday.
Through the She NetWORTH coaching program and podcast, J.Lonya navigates the complexities of entrepreneurs by opening up about her journey of becoming an entrepreneur while juggling the realities of being a wife, mother, and serial entrepreneur.
With a passion for coaching and philanthropy, J.Lonya has used her gifts to help countless entrepreneurs build their confidence and NetWORTH by transitioning their dreams into reality.
After recognizing my self-sabotaging habits of being a “yes woman” and wanting to please everyone, I slowly started to take my life back by creating small, yet practical steps to show up as the confident woman who can take ownership of herself and her experiences.
Over the years, I compiled these steps into 10 key principles to serve as the cornerstone to be “Marvelous All Day, Everyday” in every area of life which includes:
These principles have carried over into my professional and personal life, including experiencing the joy of adopting a beautiful son after five miscarriages. Despite the circumstances that we go through, we have the power to craft our experiences to overcome anything with grace and confidence.
The truth is, we’re never going to be 100% arrived because life is a continuous process of becoming, but my goal is to help women like myself get close enough to 100% to where we can show up with confidence in marriage, motherhood, career and business.
